%X Following the screening made as part of the research, during April 2010¨C2011, and as immediate result of realizing the seriousness of the disease and the long term consequences caused by cervical neoplasia, 1143 women accepted vaccination, which means 6.8% of the patients who came for a consult at the surgeries in Ia¨²i and Buz u. After analyzing the epidemiologic characteristics we can draw the conclusion that women aged between 20-29 years old, coming from the cities and having a high education were the most frequent ones to accept vaccination. The most frequently used vaccine was Silgard (60.9%).
