The study material of this paper consisted of blood samples collected from patients with multiple myeloma who were in different stages of evolution. In our country, from the consulted literature, it has been noticed that, although there were studies related to multiple myeloma ¨C ¡°Ways of signalization between the myeloma cell and the tumor microenvironment¡± ¨C an important role is played by the changing evolution of some biochemical indicators in this disease. This paper shows the results of the evolution in the evolution biochemical parameters studied in the laboratory of ¡°Elena Beldiman¡± Municipal Emergency Hospital and ¡°Dr. Stoian ¨C Dr. Ungureanu¡± Private Medical Practice. The studies were done on 32 patients suffering from multiple myeloma between 2001 and 2010. %U http://www.gbm.bio.uaic.ro/index.php/gbm/article/view/1003
