%X La pr芍ctica internacional en la Gesti車n de la Tecnolog赤a y la Innovaci車n (GTI) y la situaci車n de las entidades hoteleras estudiadas, alrededor de la ciencia y la tecnolog赤a, permiten identificar carencia de procedimientos para la evaluaci車n de la GTI. De manera que el objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en crear un procedimiento de evaluaci車n y mejora de la Gesti車n de la Tecnolog赤a y la Innovaci車n para entidades hoteleras con modalidad Todo Incluido, que contribuya al perfeccionamiento de su gesti車n y a la mejora del desempe o de los procesos. Los resultados fundamentales se centran en el desarrollo de un procedimiento general, apoyado en procedimientos espec赤ficos para: la obtenci車n de las dimensiones y los indicadores para la evaluaci車n de la GTI, el c芍lculo de los indicadores y del 赤ndice integral de GTI, as赤 como el dise o y la implementaci車n de propuestas de mejora.The international practice in Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) and the situation of the studied hotel organizations, about science and technology, provide the possibility of identifying the lack of procedures to evaluate the TIM, so, the objective of this paper is to create a procedure of evaluation and an improvement of the Technology and Innovation Management for hotel organizations with all included modality, which contributes to the improvement of its management and development of their processes. The main results are focused on the development of a general procedure, supported by specific procedures for: obtaining dimensions and markers to evaluate the TIM, calculating the markers and integral index of the TIM, designing and implementing improvement proposals.
