%X We coined the concept of ¡°critical educational governance¡± for which we propose a ¡°decision support system¡± that will beimplemented in parallel with a ¡°collaborative work unit¡± in order to assure the quality of learning all stakeholders arewilling to see become real. We propose the use of ¡°emerging technologies¡± to facilitate the process of arriving at aconsensus as a physical infrastructure that will connect the parties involved.
