%X A nivel internacional existen trabajos que intentan medir la innovaci車n. En Cuba, existen organizaciones creadas para monitorear y rectorar las actividades de la ciencia y la t谷cnica. Por otro lado, existe un marco regulatorio que establece los mecanismos para fomentar estas actividades. A pesar de estos esfuerzos, no existe un sistema de indicadores que eval迆en la Gesti車n de la Tecnolog赤a y la Innovaci車n (GTI) de forma integral en la hoteler赤a, lo cual requiere de una nueva aproximaci車n para generar la informaci車n necesaria para estos fines. El objetivo del trabajo consiste en evaluar la GTI, a partir de indicadores asociados a dimensiones que integren todos los elementos de la tecnolog赤a y la innovaci車n, as赤 como su gesti車n, y que permita su mejora. Los resultados fundamentales se centran en el desarrollo de 16 indicadores asociados a 6 dimensiones que abarcan la GTI de forma integrada para el sector empresarial.At the international level, there are different investigations that pretend to measure innovation. In Cuba, there are organizations created to monitor and lead science and technology activities. On the other hand, there is a regulatory frame that establishes the mechanisms to promote these activities in enterprises. In spite of all these efforts there is not an indicator system that allows to evaluate and monitoring Technology and Innovation Management in a comprehensive way for hotel sector, which requires a new approach to generate the information necessary to those ends. The objective is to evaluate the Technology and Innovation Management, taking into account indicators related to dimensions that integrate all elements of innovation and technology, as well as its management and provide its improvement. The main results are focused on the development of 16 indicators associated to 6 dimensions that comprehend Technology and Innovation Management in an integrated way for enterprise sector.
