%X La Metodolog¨ªa de Dise o Organizacional responde a la introducci¨®n de formas organizativas basadas en el dise o de procesos, la estrategia y la gesti¨®n por competencias; integradas con los sistemas y tecnolog¨ªas de la informaci¨®n. El modelo de dise o tiene como objetivo fundamental brindar una herramienta que permita dise ar una organizaci¨®n de nueva creaci¨®n al tiempo que se va construyendo, sustentado en una plataforma integrada. La aplicaci¨®n realizada en el Complejo de Investigaciones Tecnol¨®gicas Integradas (CITI) demuestra la factibilidad de la metodolog¨ªa en las condiciones actuales y los resultados obtenidos avalan los procedimientos que la hacen funcional para Cuba y adaptable a objetivos similares en otros pa¨ªses.AbstractThe Methodology of Organizational Design corresponds to the introduction of organizational forms based on process design, strategy and management by competencies, which are integrated with the systems and information technologies. The design model aims to provide a tool to design a new organization while it is constructed, based on an integrated platform. The application carried out in the Complex of Integrated Technological Investigations (CITI, in its Spanish acronym), demonstrates the feasibility of the methodology under the current conditions and the obtained results endorse the procedures that make it functional for Cuba and adaptable to similar objectives in other countries.
