%X El objetivo del presente art赤culo es compartir una metodolog赤a adecuada para identificar e incorporar los riesgos de salud y seguridad al sistema de gesti車n de calidad certificado bajo la Norma ISO 9001:2008, en los procesos de fabricaci車n de embutidos c芍rnicos de una empresa ubicada en Latacunga, Ecuador. Se explica la metodolog赤a aplicada en el dise o de la matriz de identificaci車n de peligros y evaluaci車n de riesgos, donde se integran los riesgos ambientales, de salud y seguridad al sistema de gesti車n de calidad y se visualiza el estado de avance de las acciones necesarias a partir de un diagn車stico inicial determinado. La investigaci車n permiti車 establecer el estado de la gesti車n de salud y seguridad en los procesos y subprocesos, la incorporaci車n de estos riesgos y la aplicaci車n de medidas correctivas para resolver los problemas de las no conformidades del sistema de gesti車n de la calidad en lo referente al ambiente de trabajo; as赤 como reducir la accidentabilidad.AbstractThe purpose of this article is to share an appropriate methodology in order to identify and incorporate health and safety risks to the quality management system certified by ISO 9001:2008 Standard, in the manufacturing processes of meat sausages at a company located in Latacunga, Ecuador. The applied methodology is explained in the design of the matrix of hazard identification and risk assessment, where environmental, health and safety hazards, are integrated into the quality management system, and the progress of the necessary actions are displayed, based on a certain initial diagnosis. The investigation allowed the establishment of the state of health and safety management in the processes and sub-processes, the incorporation of these risks and the implementation of corrective measures in order to solve the problems related to non-conformities of the quality management system in terms of the work environment; and also the decrease of accident rates.
