%X In this study, the relationship between foreign trade and industrial sector employment was investigated by bounds testing cointegration method. It was determined that there was not any relationship between foreign trade and industrial sector employment in the short-term, but a positive relationship in the long-term. With the help of these results, it can be said that in order to eliminate the industrial employment problem with foreign trade, qualified labor force should be trained to meet the labor force demands of industrial sector.
