%0 Journal Article %T Gelece in Y neticileri Astlar na G¨¹vende Hangi zelliklere ncelik Veriyor?(What Qualities Do The Future Managers Give Priority In Trust For Their Subordinates?) %A G¨¹ler SA£¿LAM ARI %A Nuray G¨¹NER£¿ TOSUNO£¿LU %J Y£¿netim ve Ekonomi %D 2011 %I Celal Bayar University %X In the trust literature integrity, competence, consistency, loyalty and openness are determined as the qualities that affect the trust (Gabarro, 1978; Butler and Cantrel, 1984; Schindler and Thomas, 1993). The aim of this research is based on the Butler and Cantrell¡¯s (1984) study, to determine future managerial positions that will take place on the students' hypothetical subordinates to determine which trust qualities they give priority. In the research applied to senior students of Business Administration Departments of two State Universities in Ankara, the five qualities that are presumed to affect the trust for the subordinate are determined whether they do or not through the Hierarchical Regression Anlaysis.
