%X O presente texto tem por intuito trazer 角 tona a quest o do 車cio e seu arcabou o te車rico, entendido como um direito perpassado pela educa  o, procurando tecer uma reflex o acerca do estado da arte do mesmo em uma sociedade que vive uma situa  o de desequil赤brio em rela  o ao mesmo, onde o p那ndulo hist車rico parece estar pendido em favor do trabalho. 谷 papel da educa  o, pois, reverter essa situa  o, possibilitando que o homem seja visto como um todo, n o apenas como um par de bra os para o trabalho. Abstract The present text has for intention to bring the question of the leisure and its theory, understood as a right crossed for the education, looking for to weave a reflection concerning the state of the art of the same in a society that the same lives a situation of disequilibrium in relation, where the historical pendulum seems to be hung for the work. It is paper of the education, therefore, to revert this situation not only, making possible that the man is seen as a whole, as a pair of arms for the work.
