%X O artigo pretende discutir a trajet車ria das mulheres no exerc赤cio do magist谷rio relacionando-a com o mundo do trabalho e, assim, ampliar os olhares sobre a constitui  o da profiss o docente. Na busca por uma maior inser  o no mercado de trabalho, a mulher, atrav谷s de lutas, avan ou e recuou em momentos distintos, mas acabou por conquistar espa o e identidade profissional. A feminiza  o da profiss o docente 谷 vista como um dos fatores de desvaloriza  o profissional da carreira docente. Atualmente, uma parcela consider芍vel das professoras manifesta insatisfa  o com a doc那ncia, em raz o da crescente desvaloriza  o da profiss o, dos baixos sal芍rios e das prec芍rias condi  es de trabalho. O texto pretende, ainda, discutir as interfer那ncias promovidas pela reestrutura  o do trabalho pedag車gico no sentido da flexibiliza  o e precariza  o do trabalho docente. Abstract The article will discuss the history of women in the exercise of teaching relates to the world of work and thus broaden their eyes on the establishment of the teaching profession. In the search for greater integration into the labor market, women, through struggles, advanced and retreated at different times, but eventually conquer space and Professional identity. The feminization of the teaching profession is seen as one of the factors of professional devaluation of the teaching profession. Currently, a considerable part of teachers expressed dissatisfaction with teaching, due to the increasing devaluation of the profession, the low wages and poor working conditions.
