After adecade of conflicts, stagnation and collapse ofeconomy, these countries need economic increasewhich will make possible to catch up with the mostprogressive transition countries, as well as aquicker economic integration into contemporaryglobal flows. Central and East European countriespresent direct competitors for Bosnia andHerzegovina in attracting the foreign capital, andthus the knowledge and keeping up with theirprevious experience are very important forestablishing the right investment frame withindomestic conditions.
