%X Last decades show us thepredominance of management in some cases andleadership in other ones. The man at the top of thepyramid, whether he is a manager or a leader, istoo far from current events. More and more peopletalk about the perils of situation where everythingis regulated top-bottom. There is no danger inovermanaging the resources, but it is dangerous todo the same thing to a human being. Everydecision-maker has to know the importance ofethics ¨C people are ethical beings, not resources.They cannot be forced into expected behavioursimply by the rules.
