%X This essay has the objective of defending that the unipolarity is not a transition to the multipolarity, contrary to what the theory of International Relations predicts. The focus of the analysis will be on the practical elements that constitute the power of the States, not the theory predictions that, in my opinion, do not apply nowadays.
