Objetivo: comparar el grado de conocimientos del personal de enfermer赤a en sangrado digestivo, antes y despu谷s de una intervenci車n educativa. Material y M谷todos: se realiz車 un estudio comparativo antes y despu谷s a 25 enfermeras, quienes asistieron a la intervenci車n educativa de capacitaci車n del modelo de Educaci車n para la Salud en Sangrado Digestivo, utilizando estrategias did芍cticas que permitieron al personal tener mayor participaci車n. Resultados: referente al grado de conocimiento del personal de enfermer赤a sobre el Modelo de Educaci車n para la Salud antes de la intervenci車n educativa, 80% result車 ser No adecuado. Despu谷s de la intervenci車n arroj車 Adecuado (72%). En la prueba de rangos con signos de Wilcoxon para muestras grandes (mayor que 20) se obtuvo: Z = 2.161416 p < 0.05. Conclusiones: el efecto de la intervenci車n educativa despu谷s de la intervenci車n sobre el grado de conocimientos fue estad赤sticamente significativo.
