%X This work aims at understanding the main factors that triggered the conflict between the Indian and Peruvian government of Alan Garcia, as we try to analyze the positions of major stakeholders and their interests. Therefore, it was important not to dwell on a local scale (the conflict), but in context / relate this idea to a greater dynamic as part of an ongoing process (neoliberal capitalism) worldwide. In this sense, the conflict involving the appropriation of resources in the Peruvian Amazon and Brazil also reflects an expansion of neoliberal capitalism that is in nature a marketization of its main vector.
