%X Este art赤culo de investigaci車n inicialmente establece un marco te車rico y una relaci車n entre la confianza y la informaci車n, y presenta los conceptos necesarios para el entendimiento del modelo propuesto. A continuaci車n se establece el papel de la informaci車n en la organizaci車n y c車mo su gesti車n impacta recursos de la misma. Posteriormente se plantea un modelo de l車gica difusa para la confianza en la gesti車n de informaci車n, que asigna valores cuantitativos a variables no determin赤sticas (cualitativas) para luego agregarlas en un resultado cuantitativo. En el planteamiento de este modelo se identificaron las principales variables que componen la confianza en la informaci車n, y el c車mo interactuaban con ayuda de los integrantes del 芍rea de compras y un panel de expertos. Finalmente, se presentan algunas conclusiones derivadas del an芍lisis de la propuesta desarrollada en el art赤culo. This research paper first establishes a theoretical framework and a relationship between trust and information, and presents the concepts necessary for understanding the proposed model. Then, it sets out the role of information in the organization and how its management impacts the organization resources. Subsequently, a fuzzy logic model for trust in the information management is proposed, which assigns quantitative values to non-deterministic variables (qualitative) and then add them in a quantitative result. In the approach of this model the main variables of trust in the information and how they interacted, with the help of buyers and an expert panel were identified. Finally, some conclusions are presented.
