OsiriX, as a multi-dimensional image navigation and display software, wasdesigned for display and interpretation of multidimensional and multimodality images. This software was usedin some new thesis on anatomy about 3D reconstruction and volume calculation of the intra-orbital part of theoptic nerve successfully. Advantages and features of the software in 3D visualization, multidimensional imagenavigation and display were summarized in this brief technical note. %K neuroanatomy %K anatomy %K OsiriX %K 3D visualization %K neuroanatomy %K DICOM %K segmentation %K 3D reconstruction %U http://www.neuroanatomy.org/2008/020_021.pdf
