Collaborative efforts like Wikipedia hasmade the web the basis ofworld's knowledge-sharing, and collaborative computing platform.Before 10-15 years from now the business houseswere not so keen to use web technology in their dayto day routine work but now in the present scenariothe knowledge of web is almost essential in anybusiness house. Various organisations are takingthe advantage of Web 2.0 and related technologiesto boost their business. With the use of ICT andWeb 2.0 as the main tool for communication andinteraction, the organisations are also contributingto the sustainability of the environment by utilizingoptimal IT resources in a more efficient way.Enterprise 2.0 is bringingWeb 2.0into the officeand thus it integrates the social and collaborativetools of Web 2.0 into the office environment.Ultimately this brings beneficial changes in thebusiness process and communication.
