She had uneventful antenatal period till 2/1/2009 when she presented in active labour at 8pm. Her period of gestation was 31 weeks 3 days. On examination patient was poorly built and nourished. Her height was 141 cm and weight was 41 kg..P/A- on inspection abdomen was globular,umbilicus was central and everted. Striae gravidarum and linea nigra were present.On palpation uterus was 28 weeks,external ballotment present.P/V-Os was 3-4 cm dilated,fullyeffaced,BOM forming, station 0, presentation was difficult to determine.She delivered a stillborn baby with fused legs.Baby weight was 1.1Kg %K Sirenomelia %U http://www.nhlmmc.edu.in/document/volume1.issue1/37.pdf
