Safety is essential to evaluate the immunological adjuvants, because the toxicity is associated with them. Essays in cytotoxicity tests as simple as the feasibility can be used to determine the toxicity of these adjuvants. The aim of this study was to evaluate in vitro cytotoxicity AFCo1 adjuvant (Adjuvant Finlay Cocleato 1) and AFPL1 (Adjuvant Finlay (AF) proteoliposome 1) to be faced with different cell lines using the technique of trypan blue dye exclusion. The toxic effect of AFCo1 and AFPL1 on CHSE-214 cell lines and UMN salmon embryo fibroblasts SAH/DF-1 chicken was determined. The study showed that adjuvants AFPL1 AFCo1 and have low cytotoxicity both the CHSE-214 cell line to SAH/DF-1 UMN. %K Adjuvants %K AFPL1 %K AFCo1 %K cytotoxicity %K in vitro %K cellular lines %U http://www.sertox.com.ar/img/item_full/37003.pdf
