%X There are a lot of chemical compound that arrive inside our body every day by inhalation way, but there are few toxicological studies in literature conducted in order to evaluate this way of exposition. With the main objective of encourage evaluations that uses inhalator way in order to study toxic effects of inhalator substances, fundamentals exigencies, requisites and restrictions for the conduction of test in vivo are recorder. Fundamental limitations are the design of the equipment for the conduction of test and the analytical methodology employed in order to guarantee the exact dose.
