Making reference to the term health is not the same as referring to illness. Health communication is a vital strategy in the attempt to change community behavior and retention for health. Objective: To identify healthy behaviors through community intervention called CUMIS, held in the town of Caimalito village of Pereira. Methods: We interventions one day in the three main sectors of the township, dividing the staff on a mobile device, which moved from house to hose, and a fixed, attending medical consultation. Results: We identified adequate progress in behavior, as the act of requesting a consultation because of ¡°control¡± in the case of the query for ¡°diarrhea without dehydration¡± is the patient in the action phase, contrast these behaviors with others show that the population is under precontemplators as with entomological farms, where the population has not seen a change.
