TVE without advertising %A Gloria Jim谷nez-Mar赤n %A David Polo-Serrano %A Juan 芍ngel J車dar-Mar赤n %J Revista Mediterr芍nea de Comunicaci車n %D 2012 %I Universidad de Alicante %X On August 28, 2009 was published in BOE the &Ley 8/2009, de financiaci車n de la Corporaci車n de Radiotelevisi車n Espa ola* with a new format to finance public television that did not come from the sale of commercial advertising spaces. This law has brought much criticism, positions and comments, as well as any complaints by political organizations, consumer and user associations and private individuals. In the present article we conducted a study whose objectives are to verify the perception that the surveyed students have about the new policy of legislation and its effective implementation of the Law on Financing of RTVE.
