%X clinical diagnosis of isquemia arterial sharp thrombotic ofinferior members, they were attending by health services atthe national institute of angiolog¨ªa and vascular surgery Inthe Havana, Cuba, in the understood period of January 1997to December 2007. Most of the studied patients had more than60 years of age, with prevalence of the sector femoropopliteo78.4% with relationship to the aortoiliaco 69.4%. The diabetesmellitus was the factor of exposure risk for the outcome, youpresents in both groups of patient with femoropopliteal illness y/o aortoiliaca respectively. The surgical treatment was the more used in our patients as final result, in the evolution of the event sharp isqu¨¦mico.
