The next challenge to this stage is the territory management. The university has contributed through research and provision of courses, including Indigenous Land Management, which sought to adapt its curriculum to the real needs of these peoples. In this course field activities have been used as tools able to establish a dialogue between the cultures and the many contexts of the communities. The experiences reported here involve aspects of the geopolitics, the culture, the societies and their relationships with the space and with nature. Thus the purpose is to understand the historical process and the current problems, while promoting reflections for the education of future indigenous managers. %K land management %K field work %K indigenous peoples %U http://revista.ufrr.br/index.php/actageo/article/view/425/521
