Sabbatucci, this article attempts to review the state which was that of the studies on Greek mysticism - and similar matters such as orphism and dionysism - in France between the sixties and the eighties. The text continues analysing the influence and the weight of Sabbatucci's thesis over M. Detienne's and J.-P. Vernant's works about those topics.
