The size and size distributions of the metals nanoparticles were examined by the transmission electron microscope TEM analysis. The nanoparticles concentrations were also characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy AAS measurement. The effects of gold and silver nanoparticles were studied on the activities of GOT and GPT enzymes in the sera.
