In this context, a Levinasian interpretation of ethics of taking care of oneself can be glimpsed, overcoming the individualism which some critics have attributed to him, together with the implicit negativity Foucault defends in his idea of politics. On the other hand, a Foucaultine interpretation of the problem of politics as a totalisation of the state of war proposed by Levinas, is developed, attempting to advance towards a constructive political moment. In short, the need for dialogue between both philosophies is proposed. A factor almost absent in contemporary philosophical debate. %K Ethics %K Politics %K Care of Oneself %K Outwardness %K Totality %K Infinity %K Intersubjectivity %U http://www.observacionesfilosoficas.net/levinasyfoucaulteldialogo.htm
