%X This article seeks to explain the concept of Abnormal developed by Foucault and scope medical, legal and political. Taught at the Coll¨¨ge de France between January and March 1975, the course on The Abnormal extends Michel Foucault analyzes since 1970 devoted to the issue of knowledge and power, disciplinary power, power of normalization, biopower. From multiple sources theological, legal and medical, Foucault focuses on the problem of those individuals 'dangerous' who, in the nineteenth century, is called 'abnormal'. Define the three main figures - the monsters, referring to the laws of nature and rules of society, the incorrigible, who are in charge of the new devices domestication of the body, and masturbators, that feed from the eighteenth century, a campaign aimed at disciplining the modern family. Foucault analyzes take their point of departure the forensic expert who still practiced in the 1950s. Outlined below an archeology of instinct and desire, from the technical disclosure in confession and spiritual direction. Thereby raises the historical and theoretical premises of jobs resume, modified and reworked in his teaching at the Coll¨¨ge de France and later works.
