%X This essay analyzes conception about taking care from itself as a point of departure to self knowledge in French philosophic¡¯s thoughts Michael Foucault. For this reason, it is relationated ideas about general labor¡¯s philosopher about people in society and the obvious need of sight that implies. Finally, there are conclusions about the freedom¡¯s possibility in the Foucault¡¯s thoughts associated with the emphasis of nothing, proposal of Jean Paul Sartre.
