%X In this paper the importance is emphasized that has the death in the thought Georges Bataille, trying of showing the way in which the transgression abre to the being to the experience of the death. The transgression fractures the limit that draws up the prohibition beyond all Metaphysical prescription. We do not know what is the death and to think about it does not help us that is to say what this is, thus becomes the impossible thing. This impossible one does that all the space of the possible thing enters the scope of the fall of the limit, appearing the figure of the emptiness like image of the dissolution of the limit, that is finally the concurrence point where all the possible one, everything what is possible knowledge, enters in not-knowing.
