Academic and administrative management, key factor on virtual education processes %A Patiˋo Lemos Mar赤a Ruth %J Revista Q %D 2008 %I Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana %X Durante los 迆ltimos seis a os, el Grupo de Investigaci車n en Educaci車n en Ambientes Virtuales (EAV) de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medell赤n, ha implementado y desarrollado cursos virtuales de pregrado, posgrado y extensi車n de car芍cter local, nacional e internacional. El grupo ha avanzado en la reflexi車n en lo concerniente a los aspectos metodol車gicos, pedag車gicos y tecnol車gicos de los procesos de educaci車n virtual. Esta experiencia le ha permitido evidenciar el vac赤o en los aspectos de gesti車n acad谷mica y administrativa que representan, la mayor赤a de las veces, un obst芍culo para el desarrollo natural de cualquier curso o programa acad谷mico; adem芍s de constituir un factor clave para la proyecci車n y puesta en marcha eficaz de los procesos de virtualizaci車n en el 芍mbito universitario. On the last six years, Education on Virtual Environments Research Group (EVE), attached to Pontificia Bolivariana University of Medellin, has implemented and developed virtual courses for undergraduate, graduate and extension, of local, national and international nature. This group has advanced on the reflection that concerns some methodological, pedagogical and technological aspects related directly to virtual education processes.
