Por esto, merece especial atenci車n aquellos fen車menos que afectan la labor pedag車gica universitaria y plantear una reflexi車n en torno al sentido y la importancia de pensar la formaci車n del docente universitario como un proceso de transformaci車n en la comprensi車n de las pr芍cticas docentes y los procesos de ense anza y de aprendizaje que se vinculan a la educaci車n superior. For this, deserves special attention phenomena that affect academic and educational work to raise a reflection on the meaning and importance of thinking about teacher training college as a process of transformation in the understanding of teaching practice and teaching and learning that are linked to higher education.
