Las altas exigencias competitivas que actualmente dinamizan las sociedades del conocimiento, suponen de manera t芍cita o expl赤cita que la focalizaci車n del concepto de calidad educativa, no admite ser desplegada s車lo a trav谷s de clasificaciones ordenadas, taxon車micas o meramente sectoriales, es decir, consensuadas por sistemas de expertos; sino, por el contrario, entendiendo que la calidad educativa, supera la racionalidad instrumental o conglomerado num谷rico en aras de alcanzar una relaci車n interpersonal que conforma actitudes, potencia conceptos, adem芍s de destrezas, habilidades y conductas. Desde este punto de vista la orientaci車n o acompa amiento , que inicia su despliegue desde los 芍mbitos preuniversitarios hasta el ingreso a la universidad, se constituye en una clara resonancia de la tradici車n humanista occidental y por tanto, en una estrategia de mediaci車n comprensiva cuya concreci車n se haya fundamentada inicialmente en el di芍logo tutor-estudiante. Esta experiencia permitir赤a quiz芍 retroalimentar, en la era de la globalizaci車n, la fr芍gil esperanza de que la sociedad desempe e su funci車n 谷tico-pol赤tica contra las pretensiones de las fuerzas ideol車gicas de mercado que intentan regular seg迆n sus leyes las interacciones humanas. University education involves a growing and continuing care in the social and personal Knowledge. The high competitive requirements and the dynamics of the knowledge societies, tries to evidenced tacitly or explicitly, that the focus of the concept of educational quality does not admit being deployed only through ordered classifications, merely taxonomic or sectorial, i.e. the consensus of systems of experts, but on the contrary, understanding that the educational quality goes beyond the instrumental rationality or cluster number in order to achieve a personal relationship that shapes attitudes, power concepts, as well as skills, abilities and behaviors. From this point of view, guidance or support, which starts its deployment from the fields to pre-universities until the entrance to the university, constitutes a clear echo of the western humanistic tradition and therefore a comprehensive meditation strategy whose realization is initially based on the teacher-student dialogue.
