%X Este trabajo se sit迆a desde la perspectiva de los Estudios Cr赤ticos del Discurso y describe las estrategias de legitimaci車n del discurso (Mart赤n Rojo & van Dijk, 1998) que se utilizaron con ocasi車n de la Acusaci車n Constitucional en contra de la Ministra de Educaci車n Yasna Provoste Campillay, efectuada el a o 2008, por tres diputados acusadores de Derecha. Se describen los discursos de los tres diputados acusadores en un contexto de debate parlamentario a partir de las estrategias de legitimaci車n como recursos ling邦赤sticos y sem芍nticos que aparecen en sus intervenciones. Los resultados se alan que la mayor frecuencia de uso de estrategias de legitimaci車n se concentra en las de tipo sem芍ntico y, dentro de estas, la de mayor uso es la apelaci車n a la legalidad y la normalidad y procedimientos legales. En cuanto a las de tipo general, la que m芍s se utiliza es el empleo de formas ling邦赤sticas como la adjetivaci車n. This article is based on the Critical Discourse Studies and describes the legitimation strategies of the discourse (Mart赤n Rojo & van Dijk, 1998) that was used in the Constitutional Impeachment against the Education Minister, Yasna Provoste Campillay, carried out in 2008 by three accusatory deputies of the right-wing. The discourse of three accusatory deputies is described in a parliamentary debate context from the legitimation strategies as linguistic and semantic resources displayed in their statements. The results indicate that the highest usage rate of legitimation strategies focuses on the semantic type. Within this, the most frequent is the appeal to the legality and normality, and legal procedures. As for the general type strategies, the most frequent is the use of linguistics forms such as adjectives.
