%X The purpose of this study is to determine public secondary school teachers¡¯ views about organizational citizenship behavior and whether these views differ according to gender, branch, educational background, age, and seniority. Randomly chosen 286 teachers working in central K¨¹tahya constitute the sample of the study, which is survey model research. The data obtained from the study has been gathered using ¡°Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale¡±. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics, t test and one way-ANOVA have been used. According to the findings obtained from the study, the participants have a positive opinion about organizational citizenship behavior at secondary schools. Their views differ according to gender, branch, age, and seniority, but not according to educational background.
