%X Una forma de acceder al conocimiento disciplinar en el 芍mbito acad谷mico es a trav谷s del estudio en grupo. Esta interacci車n con una agenda delimitada por la naturaleza de la tarea implica desplegar recursos de gesti車n interrelacional con el fin de co-construir tanto el significado, cuya negociaci車n apunta al conocimiento disciplinar, como la imagen discursiva en t谷rminos relacionales. De acuerdo con lo anterior, en este art赤culo pretendemos describir algunas estrategias de gesti車n interrelacional por medio de un microan芍lisis que permita dar cuenta de los recursos ling邦赤sticos desplegados por los participantes en encuentros orales con fines de estudio para conseguir el cumplimiento de prop車sitos personales y colectivos. De un total de doce encuentros videograbados, con una duraci車n aproximada de 24 horas en total, hemos seleccionado episodios solo de uno. Aplicando una metodolog赤a cualitativa, los datos muestran que tanto una gesti車n interrelacional positiva (cort谷s) como negativa (descort谷s), utilizadas estrat谷gicamente, pueden conducir al logro de un objetivo tanto individual como colectivo. (One way to access disciplinary knowledge in the academia is by means of study groups. This kind of interaction, in the context of an agenda defined by the nature of the task, involves the spread of resources of interrelational nature aiming to the co-construction of meaning. This negotiation adds to the construction of disciplinary knowledge as well as to the discursive image within the group. In this article we intend to describe some of the strategies of rapport management carried out within study groups. We use a microanalysis that accounts for the identification of linguistic resources selected by participants of verbal encounters in order to accomplish personal and collective aims. From a total of 12 verbal encounters, which total 24 hours of video recording, we have selected three episodes from one of these encounters. By applying a qualitative methodology, the data depict that both a positive (polite) and negative (impolite) rapport management can lead to the achievement of individual and collective aims.)
