The universe of the research consists of 242 primary school teachers in Sapanca,Sakarya. In the study, instead of sampling method the entire universe was tried to be reached.The results of the study present that teacher don¡¯t/can¡¯t work with team spirit within the teams; team perception of the female teachers are higher than of the male teachers and the teachers working in the same school for a longer period have better team perception. %K Team Work %K Team Perception %K Teacher. %U http://www.suje.sakarya.edu.tr/index.php/suje/article/view/68/59
