%X In this meta-analysis we include preliminary data from 14 independent studies that focused on the relationship between transformational leadership style and the work performance as measured by supervisors¡¯ ratings. Data from 5947 individuals was collected and the results show a positive and homogenous relationship between this particular type of leadership and the employees¡¯ performance as measured by their direct supervisors.
