There are numerous theoretical propositions available in the literature, however, the practical operation of evaluative practices are not being enough. The assessment process has been considered, many times, as a simple proceed with strong appeal instrumental. The extension of theoretical proposal about assessment open space for discussion between two different ideological ideas: assessment as control andassessment as emancipator process.
