%X Dans cet article, nous pr¨¦sentons deux projets d¡¯¨¦ducation au respect de l¡¯environnement. Utilis¨¦s depuis des ann¨¦es, ils ont pour objectif d¡¯attirer l¡¯attention des populations voisines ¨¤ des zones riches en grands singes sur la n¨¦cessit¨¦ de prot¨¦ger ces grands singes ainsi que leur habitat naturel, la for¨ºt tropicale. Le Club Ebobo est actif autour du parc national de Noubal¨¦-Ndoki en R¨¦publique du Congo, le Club P.A.N. autour du parc national de Ta  en C te d¡¯Ivoire. Dans les deux projets, les enfants apprennent l¡¯importance de sauvegarder leur ¨¦cosyst¨¨me forestier r¨¦gional ainsi que la protection des grands singes, esp¨¨ces menac¨¦es, qui vivent proche de leurs villages. Ces esp¨¨ces sont le chimpanz¨¦ d¡¯Afrique de l¡¯Ouest (Pan troglodytes verus) pour la C te d¡¯Ivoire, le gorille de plaine de l¡¯Afrique centrale (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) et le chimpanz¨¦ commun (Pan troglodytes troglodytes) en R¨¦publique du Congo. Les deux projets ont lieu dans les villages avoisinants les parcs nationaux susmentionn¨¦s et sont conduits ¨¤ l¡¯aide de coordinateurs et d¡¯enseignants r¨¦gionaux. Les projets sont bien accueillis dans la r¨¦gion et font partie int¨¦grante des efforts consentis pour la sauvegarde des grands singes. Nous r¨¦sumons les d¨¦fis et les succ¨¨s rencontr¨¦s dans les deux clubs nature et faisons quelques recommandations pour am¨¦liorer l¡¯¨¦ducation ¨¤ la pr¨¦servation de l¡¯environnement. In this article we will present two long term environmental education projects which aim to raise awareness about the protection of great apes and their tropical rainforest habitat. Club Ebobo is based around the Nouabal¨¦-Ndoki National Park, Republic of Congo and Club P.A.N. around the Ta  National Park, Ivory Coast. In both projects, children learn about the importance of the conservation of their regional ecosystems and the protection of the endangered great apes living close to them ¨C the west African chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes verus) in Ivory Coast, and the western lowland gorilla (Gorilla gorilla gorilla) and common chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes troglodytes) in the Republic of Congo. Both projects take place in villages close to the named national parks and are conducted with the help of regional coordinators and teachers. The projects are well accepted in the region and are a part of the conservation efforts conducted for the conservation of great apes. We summarize the success and challenges that we encountered with both nature clubs and make some recommendations on how to improve environmental education.
