%X Infertility may be defined as failure to meet the reproductive function. Statistically, affects 15 % of married couples of reproductive age. Of the 30-40 % males and 40-50 % females are responsible for infertility. The first step in diagnosis of male infertility is semen analysis. Semen analysis is the most important examination in the evaluation of male fertility. This review includes up to date information about the semen analysis in which The World Health Organization is trying to provide international standardization work.
