%X En la actualidad, la discusi車n en torno a la identidad de Antifonte sigue dividida entre los anal赤ticos (que postulan la existencia de, al menos, dos autores hom車nimos) y los unitarios (que agrupan los escritos bajo el nombre de uno solo). Desde una lectura unitaria, este trabajo se ocupa de abordar la obra del sofista y log車grafo prestando especial atenci車n al uso del concepto de aischyne. En primer lugar, se explicita la conexi車n establecida entre este concepto, la mirada de los otros y las apariencias que los ciudadanos proyectan para enfrentarse a sus pares. En segundo lugar, se vincula esta serie de ideas con el drama 芍tico y, finalmente, se equipara el funcionamiento del teatro con el de la p車lis democr芍tica. Nowadays, the controversy about Antiphon's identity is still divided between the separatists (who pose the existence of at least two homonym authors) and the unitarian scholars (who attribute all the works to the same person). From a unitarian's position, this work will focus on the sophist and logographer's work, paying special attention to the use of the notion of aischyne. First, we will show the connection between this notion, the eye of others and the image the citizens give to stand before their equals. Then, these ideas will be linked with the Attic drama, and finally we will compare the way in which theatre and the democratic p車lis work.
