This study aims to analyze the multidisciplinary teamwork of a Psychosocial Care Center from the perspective of the user of the service, highlighting some features of the organizational practices and the relationship with the users they serve. This is a part of an evaluative study, a case study with a qualitative approach, conducted in a Psychosocial Care Center of the State of Santa Catarina. The challenges posed by the new model derived from the use of relational, user-centered technologies, together with methods of work that organize the service, which highlights various contradictions in the work process. It was concluded that the psychiatric reform survives from the movement of overcoming the crystallization, typical of the still dominant and exclusionary way of seeing, perceiving, feeling and caring for certain phenomena of human existence, such as madness. %K Mental Health Service %K Patient Care Team %K Health Care Reform %U http://www.incubadora.ufsc.br/index.php/saudeetransformacao/article/view/517/667
