The expectation was that it could reach a supply of care to protect and promote the health of the population in full. Health education appears as a strategy to achieve the provision of health, to meet all user needs in the health system, trying to emphasize the public sector in academic. The multidisciplinary work also emerges as a way to involve the professionals so there are no disputes between them in the execution of their professions.
