%X In 2001, dentistry was inserted into one of the major health programs established by the Unified Health System (SUS), the program of family health strategy. The expectation was that it could reach a supply of care to protect and promote the health of the population in full. Health education appears as a strategy to achieve the provision of health, to meet all user needs in the health system, trying to emphasize the public sector in academic. The multidisciplinary work also emerges as a way to involve the professionals so there are no disputes between them in the execution of their professions. The attention given in full to the user, creating an expectation that it can create bonds of commitment between professionals and users, so that way it can consolidate the implementation of the Unified Health System, and reach a service aimed at the user does not only in its physical and biological processes, but also your psyche.
