Held in Ecuador in January 2007 with Amazonian Indians - regions of Teena, Archidona y Ahuano - and inhabitants of the cities of Quito and Cuenca, it was characterized in a field investigation of descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach whose instruments was participant observation and opened individual interviews. The results showed that companies use various strategies to alter the process of living place and establish the supremacy through social demobilization, reflecting thus the culture of these people and hence in the social production of health.
