EDTA was used as an electronic donor (reductant) and sodium lauryl sulphate (surfactant) wasused as an anionic micelle for greater photoejection of electrons. The photopotential and photocurrentwithout surfactant was found to be 692 mV and 71 mV respectively whereas with surfactant their valueswere found to be 744 mV and 104 ¦ÌA respectively. The effect of various parameters on the electrical outputof the cell has been studied. The current voltage (i-V) characteristics of the cell have also been observed.Performance of the cell was determined in dark at its power point. %K Celestine and Methylene blue dye %K Sodium lauryl sulphate %K Photogalvanic cell %U http://www.ajpls.com/admin/Issues/PIssue35.pdf
