%X The Mission Moho workshop was held in Portland Oregon on 7¨C9 September 2006. It was funded by the IODP, the Joint Oceanographic Institutions (JOI), the Ridge 2000 program, and the InterRidge initiative. This report builds on many fruitful and passionate discussions during the workshop, and we express our deepest thanks to all workshop participants.
