They have an active role in the education of new generations in the education process. The role of teachers inincreasing the quality of education and in the development of society is of great importance. A teacher is always in the effort ofgetting to know and evaluating the society in which a school is located. It is also true trust the society also makes an evaluationregarding a school. It is probable that the evaluation of a school by the members of a society is based on feelings and may be awayfrom realities. The parents of some students develop positive opinions and attitudes whereas some tend to evaluate a schooltotally in a negative way. A teacher has to take into account that such collective and extreme attitudes may result from inefficiencyand lack of interest towards their school. Parents expect on understanding and a special interest to their children beyondinstructing. They expect the teachers to be good models for them. The relations of teachers with parents as well as their successwithin school play a determinant role in forming attitudes toward a school.Job satisfaction of teachers influences the quality of their job directly. Teachers who are satisfied with their occupations willbe more effective in both realizing the educational instructional goals and in their approach to students. A teacher who is notsatisfied with his / her job will fail to realize those so-called goals and with not be so effective in approaching students. A teacherwho is satisfied with his job is positive in dedicating himself to his job; however, a teacher who lacks job satisfaction suffers a lotin his dedication to the job. There are many factors that affect a teacher¡¯s job satisfaction: the fact that teaching is a stressful job,workload, inefficiency of instructional materials, the fact that most schools lack hygiene conditions, too many burecratic works,unbearable discipline rules, the fact that applications for appointments to other institutions are rejected, the fact that supervisionsystem tends to look at faults rather than improving the faulty education system, availability of punishments and prohibitionsinstead of regulations for prize and motivation, lack of rest, social activities and so on.
